Xingyu was honored with the 2023 China Intelligent Manufacturing Best Practice Award

New-type industrialization is currently an important driver for promoting stable growth in the industrial economy, accelerating the development of a Chinese-style modern industrial system, and fostering new quality productive forces. To further support the construction of a strong manufacturing nation and a quality powerhouse, the 13th China Intelligent Manufacturing Summit Forum and the 21st China Intelligent Manufacturing Year-End Inventory and Award Ceremony, hosted by e-works Digital Enterprise Network, were held in Beijing from March 28 to 29, 2024. Centered on the theme of 'Intelligent Manufacturing Supporting New-type Industrialization', the event brought together renowned experts and scholars, corporate representatives, and industry leaders in the field of intelligent manufacturing to discuss new concepts and explore new pathways for the development of intelligent manufacturing.

At the conference, e-works presented awards to 22 enterprises that were honored with the '2023 Intelligent Manufacturing Best Practice Award' and 70 enterprises that received the '2023 Intelligent Manufacturing Outstanding Application Award'.The project Controller Automated Production Line Based on Digital Twin, led and developed by the Intelligent Equipment Department of Xingyu, stood out in the rigorous selection process for the Intelligent Manufacturing Best Practice Award and was successfully honored with the award. The selection brought together 91 well-known enterprises across China, and after intense competition, only 22 companies received this honor. Xingyu was privileged to share this award with renowned companies such as FAW-Volkswagen, GAC Honda, Gree Electric Appliances, SVOLT Energy, and Xtep, demonstrating the company’s outstanding capabilities in the field of intelligent manufacturing.This project, named Controller Automated Production Line Based on Digital Twin Technology, was submitted as the award entry. By integrating the integration of automation, informatization and intelligentization, it aims to build a flexible intelligent automotive lighting automated production line. Its advanced technological capabilities in intelligent manufacturing are mainly reflected in the following areas: automation technology, big data analytics, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and others. The development and application of these technologies enable the manufacturing process of the production line to become more intelligent and efficient, thereby improving production efficiency, accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces in the automotive industry, and contributing to the high-quality development of the enterprise.
