Staryu won the 2023 China Intelligent Manufacturing Best Practice Award

At present, the new industry is an important starting point to promote the stable growth of industrial economy, accelerate the construction of Chinese style modern industrial system and form new quality productivity. In order to further assist the construction of a manufacturing power and a quality power, the 13th e-works Intelligent Manufacturing Summit Forum and the 21st China Intelligent Manufacturing Year-end Inventory Award Ceremony hosted by China Digital Enterprise Network were held in Beijing from March 28 to 29, 2024. The theme of the conference was "Intelligent Manufacturing Supporting New Industrialization", bringing together many well-known experts, scholars, business representatives, and industry leaders in the field of intelligent manufacturing to talk about new concepts of intelligent manufacturing, conspiring a new path for the development of intelligent manufacturing.

At this conference, the e-works commended 22 companies that won the "Smart Manufacturing Best Practices of 2023" and 70 companies that won the "Smart Manufacturing Outstanding Application Award of 2023.

The "Digital Twin-Based Controller Automatic Line" project, led by the Smart Equipment Department of StarYu, won the award in the fierce Smart Manufacturing Best Practices Award. This selection brought together 91 well-known domestic companies. After fierce competition, only 22 companies won this honor. Staryu shares are fortunate to win the award with FAW-Volkswagen, Guangqi Honda, Gree Electric, Honeycomb Energy, Tebu and other well-known companies, demonstrating the company's outstanding strength in the field of intelligent manufacturing.

This project takes the controller automatic line based on digital twin technology as the participating project, combined with the construction of three-way integration, to create a flexible intelligent automatic line of lights, its advanced technology capabilities of intelligent manufacturing are mainly reflected in the following aspects: automation technology, big data analysis, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and so on. The development and application of these technologies make the manufacturing process of the production line more intelligent and efficient, improve production efficiency, accelerate the new quality productivity of the forging automobile industry, and help the high-quality development of enterprises.
