2025-10-16

On October 16, Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co., Ltd. (Xingyu) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with JAKA Robotics Co., Ltd. (JAKA), a leading general-purpose intelligent robotics company. Building on their long-term cooperation and complementary strengths, the two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in three major areas: innovation in embodied intelligent robots, upgrading of intelligent manufacturing, and industrial chain synergy. This partnership aims to foster the integrated development of artificial intelligence with the automotive industry and the robotics industry.

The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from both sides, including Zhou Xiaoping, Chairperson of Xingyu; Zhou Yuheng, Vice Chairperson; and Cao Jin, Deputy General Manager. Representing JAKA were Li Mingyang, Chairperson; Xu Xiong, Vice President and CTO; Meng Xiaobo, Vice President; and Chang Li, Vice President. Cao Zheng, Vice President of SDIC Fund Management Co., Ltd., was also present to witness this significant moment.Based on their solid foundation of business cooperation and respective resource advantages, the collaboration between Xingyu and JAKA will focus on three core areas:

  1. Joint Innovation in Embodied Intelligence: The partners will collaborate on R&D and manufacturing of integrated intelligent terminals combining perception, lighting, display, projection, and interaction capabilities, thereby accelerating the implementation of intelligent robot interaction scenarios.
  1. Intelligent Manufacturing Advancement: By integrating robotics with AI algorithms, the collaboration seeks to drive innovative applications of embodied intelligent products within intelligent manufacturing sectors, particularly in automotive component production.

Industrial Chain Synergy and Upgrading: Both parties will actively share technical standards and scenario data. This collaboration aims to foster the localization of upstream core components for intelligent robots and drive innovation in downstream application scenarios. The goal is to establish a closed-loop ecosystem encompassing technology R&D, scenario validation, and large-scale application, thereby promoting the synergistic upgrading of the industrial chain.Through this strategic partnership, both Xingyu and JAKA are committed to seizing the historic opportunities presented by the convergence of AI with the automotive and robotics industries. By continuously pushing boundaries in technological R&D, scenario implementation, and industrial chain advancement, they aim to inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the intelligent manufacturing sector.
