In August 2025, Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co., Ltd. (Xingyu) successively held strategic cooperation signing ceremonies with Haitian Plastics Machinery Group (Haitian) and Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (Wanhua), continuously expanding the boundaries of industrial cooperation and comprehensively promoting the innovation and upgrading of automotive lighting technologies in both manufacturing and materials.On August 15, Xingyu signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Haitian at Haitian's headquarters. As a leader in the automotive lighting industry, Xingyu, together with Haitian, a company with profound expertise in precision manufacturing and unique strengths in AI collaborative innovation, will focus on intelligent manufacturing upgrading. By relying on their respective industrial foundations, technologies and innovation capabilities, the two parties will enhance production and innovation efficiency through technological integration and resource complementarity, provide more competitive intelligent manufacturing solutions for the automotive components industry, and boost the high-quality development of the industry.Following the cooperation with Haitian, on August 21, Xingyu held another strategic cooperation signing ceremony with Wanhua at Wanhua's headquarters in Cishan. Zhou Xiaoping, Chairperson of Xingyu, and representatives of the procurement team witnessed this important moment together with Chu Naibo, General Manager of High Performance Polymers Division of Wanhua, He Yong, General Manager of New Materials Division and their respective delegations. The two parties will deeply integrate Xingyu's strengths in automotive lighting R&D and manufacturing with Wanhua's leading capabilities in material science. Focusing on the higher requirements of new energy vehicles (NEVs) for automotive lighting materials in terms of weather resistance, optical performance, lightweighting and environmental protection, they will jointly break through technical barriers and strive to establish new-generation standards for automotive lighting technologies and materials.Taking these two strategic cooperation agreements as a new starting point, Xingyu will establish regular communication mechanisms with Haitian and Wanhua respectively.
