Recently, Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co., Ltd. (Xingyu) was awarded the "Best Practice Cases of Internal Control for Listed Companies" by the China Association for Public Companies (CAPCO), in recognition of its outstanding practices in the field of internal control. This authoritative recognition fully attests to the high professionalism of Xingyu's internal control system.As a leading enterprise in the automotive lighting industry, Xingyu has always regarded internal control as the "ballast stone" for its steady development. Under the leadership of the Board of Directors, Xingyu's Internal Audit Department spearheads the construction of the internal control system. Since the issuance of the "Basic Standards for Enterprise Internal Control" by China's five ministries and commissions in 2008, Xingyu has continuously and systematically iterated and upgraded its internal control management system.
